Done For You Window Treatments: Is It Right For Your Design Process?

If you’ve been following me or subscribed to my newsletter, then you’ve probably heard me mention a time or two (or a dozen 😜) that we are a one-stop shop, white glove service, VIP treatment exclusively for interior designers ready to fly first class in the world of window treatments.

You may be wondering, what exactly does that mean? And is it a good fit for my interior design firm?

The answer could a resounding YES!

Or, the answer may be no, we are not a good fit.

Today I’ll explain a bit more about what sets us apart. The benefits of working with us, how we offer support, and why we might not be a good fit for your process.

“Done for you” Window Treatments & Soft Furnishings

You can get quality window treatments and soft furnishings from nearly any highly rated workroom.

What makes us different is our project management approach.

Project management is a concept that weaves through every stage of our services.

It has to do with us thinking through, foreseeing, and taking care of the million little pesky details that go into a successful window treatment project.

We don’t just make beautiful, custom window treatments.

We measure, estimate, order (and track/follow up on every order), fabricate, and install.

We take care of your clients with same level of service we provide you, so you look like a rock star without any extra work.

Many designers come to us realizing that the level of service, support, and expertise we can offer allows them to spend more time and energy on other parts of their design projects.

Window treatments can be complicated.

There are many moving parts, many details that require focus and follow up, and mistakes are very costly – both in time and money.

It can seem like a full-time job!

And because window treatments are our full time job, we dedicate all of our time and energy into making sure everything is perfect.

Yes, it’s true: our services are a larger investment when compared to other workrooms that are only offering support in the way of fabrication.

Some designers prefer to handle the specification, measuring, ordering, and installation.

For some, the project budget doesn’t allow for our level of service.

But we frequently have designers reach out to us to learn more about your concierge-level services, and realize that our expertise and done-for-you service provides something very valuable...time.

More time to focus on other parts of the project, and more time to take on more projects.

We also take ownership of the window treatments and soft furnishings, so that our designers have less stress in addition to more time.

Does this sound like something that might be a good fit for you, something that you’d like to learn more about?

We’ve recently added a new FAQ page to our website.

I invite you to check it out, as many of your questions will be answered there.

Then, the next step is to reach out to me so we can discuss your project, and answer any specific questions you have.

We would love to support you on your next design project – I'm only a phone call or email away!
